We hired Buckeye Home Inspections to do both a “general” home inspection and radon inspection for the new house we are buying. Ryan was wonderful! We were on a tight schedule since our contract said we had to hire an inspector within 7 days, and that was no problem at all for Ryan! Best of all, he was informative, patient, detail-oriented, and thoughtful throughout the entire inspection. As he performed each task, he explained everything to us, pointing out both strengths and weaknesses of the home. He encouraged us to ask questions along the way. In the end, we got a very detailed and timely report, complete with photographs, descriptions, explanations, and recommendations. Getting a home inspection can be a nerve wracking process since it’s such a critical part of making an enormous financial decision (buying a house!), but Ryan quelled our concerns, helping us to feel informed rather than powerless.
